I'm trying to use the charting tool to graph a timeline. What is wanted is to show types of 'downtime' over a 12-hour period on a horizontal timeline (see below). Each color represents a different type of downtime -- ie, Purple=Availablity, Red=Utilization, etc -- with White areas representing 'uptime'. Each graph is for a different area. Is there any way to do this with Crystal's charting tool? What I have so far lumps all downtime for each type together, so it's not representative of where in the 12-hour period the downtime occurred.

That means, probably, either the plotted metric is not spreading itself across the defined timeline correctly, OR somehow, the timeline does not exist for that period.
It would be more clear if you paste snapshots of the Chart Expert showing the fields that you'd and the formula calculations, if any.
