Changing SAP HANA replication network

Hi Experts , we are looking to segregate SAP HANA replication network on separate dedicated subnet/network card.

currently our VIP/MGMT/Clients is on192.168.x 10. flat network for all traffic .

now as an improvement plan looking to seggrate the replication traffic as network traffic is increasing.

could you please suggest what all parameter needs to be change to keep replication traffic on different subnet .

new subnet would be 15.45.x.10
