Good day!
I can't change my S-USER email.
Support close my tickets and send me to another support.
It is really serious issue. I paid my personal money for S-USER and then can't use it as I want.
Maybe someone from SAP - management will read this message and help me.
Request clarification before answering.

You cannot change S-user email yourself,
Contact your company’s S-user administrator (super admin)
or raise ticket under SAP Support Portal (component XX-SER-SAPSMP-USR).
