Resolved.
Steps Followed
1)FM:RSAR_RSTSODS_CHANGELOG_VRS to identify the Different Version
2)SE14 : To delete the Content of the Change log which was not available in the DSO, reason for using the SE14 no alternate option to delete the content as it was not present in the DSO.
3)FM: RSDG_ODSO_ACTIVATE to activate the DSO back after data was dropped, which made the DSO active with all the three tables available.
4) Transports of the Inactive objects( Transformation , DTP ) due to Activation of DSO , was done from the ZDB to the ZQB and later it was moved to the YCB by the every 4 hrs transport movement.

that the last option Suman..but this is too much manually intervention and cannot afford make this in the Critical stage where the Integration testing is happening.

Hi Saurabh,
Yes this is something strange to me so requesting the Experts in SDN to know if any solution , i checked the SE11 with * DSO * i could find only the New and Active table., No change log.

Hi,
My suggestion may not be interesting to you. But I have an idea to come out of this issue.
Step 1: Make a copy of your existing DSO to a new technical name
Step 2: You can copy the transformation to map between your Source and the new DSO
Step 3: Delete the original DSO and collect it in a Transport request
Step 4: Move it to Quality. So that your DSO will be vanished in Qua. That means, you can transport freshly to Qua
Step 5: Now, you have to change the technical name of your copied DSO to the old technical name
Step6: Collect it freshly into new TR and move it to Qua
What do you say?
Regards,
Suman
