I am posting to raise awareness and ask if anyone else has experienced a technical issue with the SAP Certified Application Associate – Sourcing and Procurement (C_TS452) System-Based Assessment (SyBA). The Issue During recent attempts on the same day, after making extensive corrections to task-level activities (master data configuration, purchasing setups, and transactional postings like GR/MIRO), the assessment repeatedly returned an identical score of 72.86%. Even more concerning, a colleague from our organization completed an independent attempt with different workflow corrections, and received the exact same score percentage (72.86%) down to the decimal point. Why This Indicates a Systemic / Platform Issue Given that the task execution differed significantly across these attempts, receiving the exact same score strongly points toward a backend platform defect rather than a candidate error. Specifically: Cached Tenant Snapshots: The evaluation engine may be pulling from a frozen, cached snapshot instead of querying live database updates. Script Execution Exceptions: The background automated grading script may be hitting an uncaught exception on specific user profiles, halting early and defaulting to a static baseline score. Environment Caching: Same-day re-attempts might not be refreshing dynamic tenant namespaces properly between sessions. Current Status & Questions for the Community We have logged an official support ticket and escalated via the Customer Interaction Center (CIC) to request a technical log audit for our P-IDs. Has anyone in the community encountered static/identical scores across different attempts on S/4HANA system-based exams recently? How long did SAP Certification Operations take to audit backend evaluation scripts and restore affected attempt credits in your case? Any insights from community mentors, SAP Education representatives, or fellow candidates who faced similar SyBA evaluation glitches would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
