Certification for Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect

Could any one in the forum share suggestion regarding certifications for Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect.

I searched in the updated list of SAP certification but could find any.

In my experience, a valuable and usually highly recognised enterprise architecture certification is the TOGAF Certification.
