While there do not seem any official SAP DI certifications yet, you could get a Confirmation of Participation or Record of Achievement from the openSAP course SAP Data Intelligence for Enterprise AI.

As stated by Tammy, there are no option of SAP DI certification yet. Given the popularity among customers, we may soon see certification.

Defiantly wont hurt to drop an email to training.sap.com email ID.
