I'm new to RPA, just watched the course "How to Build Bots with SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation" and I'm trying to build up a first use case with RPA Trial, where I wanna extract data from Excel and put it into a web application. But capturing web applications doesn't work for my case:
When I click "Add Application" and choose the technology "WEB", the first thing that makes me wonder is that, eventhough the capture of a web application is suppost to work with Edge, Chrome and Firefox, the list with the applications I can choose to capture just contains the pages I have opened with Edge, eventhough I have opened the page I wanna capture with both, Edge and Chrome. I've also tried with just having it opened in Chrome, but then I don't find the page at all. So already here something's going wrong.
So I pick the link of the page I wanna capture that is related with Edge, doesn't seem like a big matter to me. But when I click on the link, it doesn't show the preview of the page I wanna capture, not even a blackscreen, just nothing. Still I try "Save And Capture Page", but then the "Capture Page" window opens and doesn't find any Pages.
Tried a lot of stuff, but cannot find the issue. Does anyone have similar issues while capturing applications or even a solution?
