Dear customer,

Thank you for contacting SAP Support.

To give the conclusion first, it's not possible to perform the restore with log backups only.
It's because log backups are dependent on the specific data backups which has been taken previously.
Regarding to your concern, would you please refer to KBA 3556564 - Are log backups required while recovering point in time sap HANA using incremental backups ?
It's not the exactly same situation as this case.
However, you can have the answer from the statement below in CAUSE section.

"If you wish to recover SAP HANA using differential or incremental backups, you must also use log backups. If log backups are not available, you can only recover using a full data backup."

So, you should prepare the corresponding data backup as well as log backups.
You can check which data and log backups are required for the needed point in time recovery by running the output of hdbbackupdiag OS command.
For details about hdbbackupdiag, please refer to Notes below.

1821207 - Determining required recovery files
1873247 - Checking recoverability with hdbbackupdiag --check.

As for how to recover HANA database using a data snapshot, please refer to 'Recover SAP HANA From a Data Snapshot' in HANA Admin guide.

Best regards,
SAP Support
