Cannot Access KBA

Hello,

when i try to access KBAs i receive the following message. Even when i try to open the KBA on how to open KBAs. Could you please assist mehere.

You are not entitled to SAP Note/KBA DIGITSThe target audience for the SAP Note/KBA you were trying to reach does not fit to your profile.

Hello customer,

If this error occurs on more than one article, very possible that your customer number does not have a valid maintenance frame and your customer number may have a warranty block.

Normally maintenance termination is the main reason for user to encounter this error message in SAP for Me.

And maintenance issue has to be checked and handled by the SAP Order Management.

So kindly contact the SAP Order Management via email [email protected].
