Can a completion question be asked when completing maintenance work orders?

When we finish a maintenance work order and complete them, is there a way to have the system ask us a question first?

For instance, when completing the work order, it asks us: "Is the conveyor ready for the floor?", text-based answer: "No, it still needs cleaning.".

Currently we are filling out work orders with paper copies because of needing to answer questions at the end of our work and then also doing digital copies of just the work order.

I feel there has to be a way to make us answer questions after submitting for completion similar to adding a condition on to the work order? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
