Calculation View ignores Input and uses Default Value

Hi I am having trouble with Input Parameters for a calculation view.

I defined the following Input parameter:

However, when I open the data preview no matter what I enter as an input parameter, the calculation view always uses the defined default value and ignores my input. If I use a specific name as default I can only see the view for that default value, no matter what input I set. With the current setting I can only see all data.

I defined an Input Parameter, that I use in a filter expression to filter a text column in the following way. Without single quotes around the input parameter name I get an error.

(match("NAME",'$$HOSPITAL_NAME$$') OR in("NAME",'$$HOSPITAL_NAME$$'))
