Calculate difference between 2 versions (using script variables)

Dear experts, we are developing a analytic application using two variables for version: VERSION and REF_VERSION. It is all about comparing figures between 2 different versions e.g. Forecast 1 and Forecast 2 of 2021.

Now we want a table showing positions (key figures) in rows and the following columns:

Version 1 / Version 2 / Difference absolut / difference %

100 / 110 / +10 / 10%

In the story i could use input filters in filtered measures. However within the analytic application there are no input filters. I would need to use my Script-Variables within a filteres measure or within a calculation but i dont see how to do this?

Could you help me out here?
