BW Hierarchy DataSource changed

Hello we're running BW/4 HANA SP8 and recently noticed that loading hierarchies from other (or the same BW system) via ODP no longer works as expected. So we decided to do a little testing and noticed that all DataSources show an update on refresh which no changes some fields and deactivates the transfer of other fields (e.g. HIENM). When I recreate the DataSource from the same ODP, these fields can't even be selected for transfer anymore.

Also extraction from these DataSources with existing DTPs and Transformations is broken since all nodes will appear as separate hierarchies.

Anyone knows about these issues?

So I did a deeper research on this and there is a SAP note that covers the problem. We've implemented the correction notes so now the relevant hierarchy fields can be selected for transfer again.
