Business Capability Map - Template

Folks - I am sure this question is asked, sorry i am not able to find the right answer based on what i searched so far. I am looking for template or pre-suggested "Business Capability - L1 thru L4" for Individual business function like Supply Chain or Finance or Manufacturing etc in S4HANA. We started our journey and want to see if we can closely align with the business capabilities roadmap vs what we have. Any template or guidance to review this would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Could you provide a few more details about where you are in the process and what you have done so far?

We are assuming you are implementing S/4HANA Cloud, public edition.

I would first point you to the Activate Roadmap Viewer: Activate Roadmap Viewer, S/4HANA Cloud, public edition

There you will find the step by step implementation process with Content and Accelerators. Specifically, in the Discover phase, (see if this link works for you) Content tab -> Discover -> Application Value and Scoping

-> Perform a Business Scenario and Solution Mapping

Which provides you accelerators like the Value Map Template (the template is more a set of instructions to guide you in the mapping).

Additionally, please be aware of the Best Practices Explorer for S/4HANA Cloud, public edition (Link) which lists all the scope items for the end to end processes.

The first link under the Accelerators tab is the Scope presentation, which summarizes all the scope items. There are also blogs with the highlights for each LOB.

Thank you Jerry. Appreciate your prompt response. Yes you are correct, we have started our cloud journey in a phased approach. Will go thru the BP and Roadmap links, already i am seeing quite a bit of information that can be of interest. Thanks again. Narasimman ML
