Buildpack Compilation error !

I am trying to learn how to push an app to the SAP cloud foundry using command line interface. I declared the target org and the space. While pushing the app, it fails in the buildpack compilation stage. When using the command 'cf stacks', I only see a single stack available in my org which is cflinuxfs3, though I am using a windows OS. Can someone help me how to install a windows stack, or to solve the buildpack compilation error ?

Can you please add some more details to your question, e.g.

- what buildback you are trying to use (if you have specified it)

- what programming language (if you have not specified a buildback ... Python?)

- how does your manifest.yml look like

The app that I am trying to push is a python file (.py). The buildpack is python_buildpack. The manifest.yml looks like -
