BTP Build code: RegistryAdmin role collection not working

Hi Team,

Currently we are working on Role collection set up for Build code application in BAS subaccount. 

As per our understanding, the developers can Manage members for the projects which they created, not for other projects. The person who is having Admin (RegistryAdmin) access, can Manage members for all projects. But while we are testing, we observed that even Admin persona is also not able to Manage Members for other projects.Screen shots are attached for your reference.

Currently, the button becomes visible only when the developer explicitly adds the Admin user as a member of the project.We expect the "Manage Members" button to be visible to Admin users regardless of whether they have been added as project members, allowing them to manage project membership based on their administrative privileges.

Thus, could you please check and assist us how we can proceed.
