BPS Query

Presently we have BPS query that has data coming in from R3 for that query.

Now the problem is that they have some data missing from R3. I want to know that instead of entering that data in R3 can it be done directly in BPS.

Usually, this is not advisable. BPS should be used for entering and maintaining plan data and not actual data. Such adjustments make sense if you make adjustment entry in the context of consolidation.

So, make entires in R/3 and bring them back to BI.
