BPM & eTOM

Hi everyone,

I was working on a project where the customer want to modelling their business processes guided by framework eTOM (enhanced telecom operational map), with the final goal to map and identify the business services for an specific business processes. I was wondering if there is any documentation about the correspondency between the framework for processes modelled by eTOM, and the solution map's modelled by SAP. Additionally, I am trying to do this in order to identify then the business services of specific telecom processes, (like retention & loyalty, warranty), and then model and implement it using SAP tools.

I am making the correspondence by hand right now, but maybe there is something done already.

Hi Rosa,

I worked on a eTOM implemetation soemtime abck. We used ARIS in that project because IDS Scheer has the eTOM framework modeled in the form of process models. Do you ahve any idea baout IDS SCheer's ARIS. Please let me know. I can provide more help if required.
