BPA Trigger configuration error: Deployment doesn't exist

Hello everyone,

I'm currently facing an issue while attempting to create a trigger for a project into BPA. The project works fine when executed using the cloud factory. However, after release and deployment, I encounter the following error: "SAP_IPA_12004: Deployment '39c70cff-655e-40c7-b2d9-5cd7f7838825' doesn't exist." This error occurs when I try to create the trigger by selecting the deployed version and checking the trigger type (e.g., Attended). I'm hopeful that someone here can assist me in resolving this matter.

No error was found when deploying the released version, but only when creating the trigger for that project

Note: I have tested the same process using my trial account, and it worked perfectly fine. The error seems to be specific to the client environment.

Did you select the "Automation" artifact that you want to run in the "Execute" dropdown?

It's not possible. The dropdown is not being populated because of the error.
