BOXI Web Intelligence automation report

Hello together,

i hope someone could give me some hits or advice to do the following. I must generate report instances according to an report build by another department. In this report is a prompt to enter an production number. The report itself ist generated manually, filled with the number and the report with the necessary data is printed / saved as pdf file.

Now i have the challange to generated multiple instances. As example workflow the picture below. As example i have product number a,b,c and have the report1. As result there must be pdf´s like report1-a, report1-b ...and so on.

You can generate multiple files of report for each product number with BO Publication.

Hello Amit Kumar,

i don´t think that is the point. For example i have a sales report with a prompt for the branch. Now i need an instance of the report from a list of branches using the same report. The branches are no recipents they are variables in the universe. Sry for misunderstanding.
