Blank EPM Context Bar

Hi, I have a question on the Context Bar. When I log in to EPM, the context bar is blank. see attached. The bar itself opens up but the Dimensions not visible. I have checked User options and both 'Display EPM Context Bar' and 'Display EPM Pane' are ticked. I am using Excel 2016 and the following version of EPM. [Version - 10.0 SP 30 Patch 1 .NET 4.5 x64 Build 9960] Any ideas please?

First - please, never use "Insert File" instead of correct "Insert Image" - hard to read.

Second - the screenshot is not clear, no bars are visible...

Hi Shabana,
I currently have the same issue, and it seems that an excel update messed everything up.

Here is the SAP note as a reference for the issue.

How to manage this? Undo the update (if you are able to) or simply wait for a new Microsoft update to solve the issue.

Thank you Gianluca for your comment.

I did upgrade to the a latest EPM Add-in version SP32 Patch2 which didn't resolve the issue.

Will take a look at any excel updates and find out what works.

Thank you Gianluca, the Launch pad notes helped. We uninstalled Office 365 plus and re-installed Office 365, this returned the Context bar.

I just meet this problem, too. My IT colleague provided the most efficient way to solve this problem. Just go to File-->Option-->General, click on the Optimize for compatibility for "when using multiple displays"option. The problem will be solved.
