BI 4.1 Schedule delay

Hi ,

we're experiencing a small ( for now ) issue with scheduled reports .

today for example , some reports started with 30 minutes of delay.

i don't see where to look to find out why .

any idea ?

Hello Amit ,

no the other ones didn't take longer time , though i found out that one APS was in failing state .

i think the load was heavy on the rest .

we just had the same thing today and we had to restart all APSs .im not fan of this solution because of the impact on other jobs.

check if other schedule running report took more time to complete before these report schedule start.
