BD53 - Object name

I am facing something odd in a S/4 Hana environment.

When I access BD53 to reduce a Z message type, it shows me the object name MATMAS06.
But when I generate an IDOC, it shows me the basic type MATMAS05.

Please check the attachment.

Now I need to select/deselect some fields via BD53, but I can't seem to get the actual structure that I should be seeing.

Can you please advise?
