Which t code has authority for which user? Where can I view it in bulk?

Hello,

Users are assigned roles and the roles themselves have tcodes and authorization profiles that define that they can do. You can view the assignments with tcode SUIM-->Roles-->Roles by Complex Selection Criteria-->Roles by Complex Selection Criteria OR transaction S_BCE_68001425. You add a value for the user under "with valid assignment of user" and you can add multiple users or simply leave it checked but blank and execute. This will give a list of roles. You can click on each one and click on "Transaction Assignments".

Additionally, you can also use table AGR_USERS in SE16N and enter a group of users and this will display all the roles each user has. You can then get the list of roles from this table and open a new session for SE16N table AGR_1251 and enter the list of roles and object S_TCODE and this will give you all t-codes per role that each user has.
