Bank Statement Upload Import Format missing

Hello,

We have created a custom bank statement format from PDI. we have tested it in our Dev tenant and it is showing up. However when we transferred it to the Test tenant, the import format dropdown does not show the format we created.

Also checked the Activity list for the "Automatically Generated Bank statements" and it is already added to the project.

However it still does not show up in the import formats.

Hello Neeraj Jain,

Already checked it and as mentioned the "Automatically Generated Bank statements" is already included in the project. But still it does not show up.
