Average in SAP Analytics Cloud

I would like to calculate the Average Repair Time per State but the graph gives me the Sum per State. I have been working on the exception aggregation for hours. It doesn't work. Please help. Formula should be the Total Repair Time/No of Tickets

create three calculations - Total_Repair_time, Total_Tickets, Average

Total repair time: (Aggregation)

Total Tickets: (Aggregation)

Average: (Calculated Account)

Follow the below approach.

• In your story create a table with Sates and Repair Time

• Now create a calculated measure Ticket Count of type Aggregation and Count dimension as shown below.

Result:

• Create another calculated measure Average Time as shown below.

Result:

Can also plot the same
