Average aggregate measures not displaying in initial view.

I'm using:

SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 7 Patch 1 Version: 14.1.7.1933

SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio Release 1.6 SP4 Patch 1 (Version: 16.4.1)

I have created a universe just for KPIs. I use average on all my measures except one, count. The data displays correct in the query builder but when I edit the initial view it does not display. Also when using the measures in a chart they do not display as well.See attached images. I have also seen this when using sums. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Justin: could this be a delegated measure? I know Design Studio does not support those now.
