Autoreaction

I'm working on setup autoreaction in Solution Manager Monitoring.

I have already setup configuration described in pdf "how-to: OS Command Adapter"

1) BAdI Implementation (ALERT_REACTION_IMPL)

2) http://<SolManHost>:<port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/mai_os_command_config

3) I have setup Z_DIR in SM49 ( it's workding so far )

BUT If i try to in

SolMan Configuration --> technical monitoring --> template maintenance

--> choose a template --> expert mode --> Mtrics, Events, Alerts Hierarchy -->

auto reactions --> auto reactions variant :

I can't set to active because ther is no data in any table.

What is missing or what have I done wrong ?

2410036 - Activate alert consumer variant maintenance application

Apply SAP note below in your system

2337248 - Show consumer variant description next to consumer variant drop down UI

2209767 - Display alert consumer variant description after variant selection
