auto update creation date & time while adding new record into custom table through SE11

I have created a custom table for students enrollment.

In this custom table I have 6 fields i.e creation date, creation time, created by, change date, change time, changed by.

Now I am inserting new record through SE11.

My requirement is those 6 fields should be updated automatically while new record is created or changed.
