Authorization value for SHDB

Hi everyone,

Is there anyone who may help to explain the default authorization value intrvl for transaction code SHDB? I've never seen a value like "/", does it mean anything in SAP?

I tried to search the tcode value and it turned out nothing, please kindly suggest.

Hi Colleen,

Thanks for reply. It's a standard delivered value, the screenshot was captured in SU24 for SHDB.

I made a PFCG role to test the setting, as you may see in the screenshot, / is automatically added into S_TCODE which cannot be maintained manually.

Also in the Where-Used List, it suggested that the value / was brought in by SHDB.

Btw, this is the only case I found in the system, so I think it might be a bug or something. Please help to advise.

is the S_TCODE value / a Standard delivered value or has it been maintained in your system?

can you choose SAP data and see if the SAP value for S_TCODE proposes the same value?
