I think Chalama wants to use them like =char(9560), in order to get symbols in webi report cell .

Sure, but it doesn't have anything to do with Webi technology.... 

unless this KB applies https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1825402 if this is the case the question should have been formulated differently
