kindly i need to know how will my material master data will be on ariba network in order to communicate with my vendors , and one other thing
how will my vendors be registered on ariba network

Did you search the SCN?
Within the Process Integration (PI) & SOA Middleware community alone, I have 10 hits after searching for Ariba.
When I search SCN completely, I can find an enormous amount of information dealing with Ariba integration

Do you have a SAP PI or SAP PO available to link Ariba with you SAP back end system?
If yes, try to look for a preferred way to integrate both, based on connection availability and (business) requirements.
