application to CF

hi 

deployed app to CF and it is up and runing  and i can access the url. https://snow.internal.cfapps.eu12.hana.ondemand.com/ webpage. when i pass any prompt within the page it throws below error but it works after i restart the app and it works without any problem and i face same problem for every 24 hours. restart helps everytime. how to fix this permanent
