APIM capability activation problem

Dear All,

I tried to activate the API Management capability. It shows active as shown below. But there is no link to navigate to API portal and subsequent service instance creation also fails saying that "status":500,"error":"Internal Server Error","exception":"com.sap.apimgmt.servicebroker.exception.ServiceBrokerException","message":"API Management Subscription does not exist , Please subscribe to API Management and try again""

Change the region of trail account or create a new trail account as region as Singapore, it will work.

I have activated Integration Suite with API capability on my trial account. Issue is that i can't onboard API capability as per screenshot below
