2. In which case i should use analytics application in comparison to optimized story experience (advanced mode)?

3. What restrictions are currently in optimized story experience compared to analytics application?

Stories 2.0 ODE is the future state and will replace the Analytic Applications in future. All good things in terms of features and performance will be directed towards Stories 2.0 ODE from a product point of view.

You should use Stories 2.0 as a default unless there is ODE feature restriction blocking your requirements
