Analysis for Office - authorisation errors

We have a BW 7.4 HANA system that our users are trying to connect to but they are getting the following error:

The users were fine using 7.4 until we upgraded to AFO version 2.6 and then they have started to get this error. I need to get AFO version 2.6 rolled out for another project but am not able to until this is resolved.

Has anyone come across this before?

Susan - I recommend having your BW security admin run an STAUTHTRACE to determine the backend authorization issues

All authorizations are described at the below link. Please check according to the described configuration:

You can also check at transactions on BW SU01 and SU53.
