Analyse Microsoft Teams data with SAP Analytics Cloud

Hello all,

Microsoft Teams gives us the ability to run various reports to get insights into how user in our company is using MS Teams. At least you need one of several Admin roles for the Microsoft 365 Admin center.

But my question now is, am i able to analyze all this stuff in SAC? Is it possible the get the data of MS Teams and create my own reports on SAC side?

This will depend on how MS teams makes the data available for analysis. I don't think there is a direct connection available to read the user usage data from teams. But if the data is available as export (.csv. .xlsx), the same can me imported into SAC Model/dataset and stories can be build on top for analysis. So First step should be to look at what options are available to extract the Teams usage data. SAC also provides a host of other connectivity options which can be seen below. If MS teams can make data available in any of these option the same can be used.
