HOw to find list of ALL user SAP id's and there names

say SAP id 909099 User Ram

Hi,

You can get the complete list of users in Tcode SUIM->users->by user id.

Check out table USR03

else you can check out tables

USR w ill have most of user related data

USH will haev user History data,

to view table use Tcode SE16

i checked in se16n table USR03 (BUT NOT ALL RECORDS ARE COMING EVEN AFTER CHANGING NO OF HITS)

1 TABLE USR & USH DOSEN'T EXIST I CHECKED IN SE16N

Go to tx-code - SU01 , in user box click in righ pannel, in another box under user give * and no of hits give 12000 or 99999

Use SUIM and also use SU01 you will get all the users in the client.

SUIM- USERS -USERS BY ADDRESS DATA Is there & by user id is not there ( TIS I CHKED IN QLTY)

in Production i don't have authorization for SUIM.

Pl explain how to get ALL USER list in SU01

Pl also suggest if another way is also possible

Hi,

under Users by Complex Selection Criteria select by user id and then execute.

In su01 see in users by address data.

simply open SU01 and press F4 on the "User" input box...
