I would like to inquire regarding the availability and usage of AI Agents within SAP environments.

1. Are AI Agents available for both SAP Public Cloud and SAP Private Cloud editions?

2. Could you kindly provide guidance on the prerequisites, activation process, and how to utilize AI Agents in both cloud models?

Hi Darma,

AI Agents in SAP is integrated through SAP Joule strategy and SAP AI Core/Foundation.

S/4 HANA Public Cloud: AI Agent available via Joule

S/4 HANA Private Cloud:  Via AI Core Foundation (BTP)

SAP BTP: available via AI Core

Enable via,  Entitlements → Add Service: AI Core & AI Foundation (not available in 'trial').
