We are currently investigating SAP BPA for importing of PDF invoices from a GMail account into SAP.
Is there a way to do this without having to have a machine with the Desktop Agent always logged in and running so that the job is constantly running and processing the emails.
Ideally we would like to either have the job running unattended using External Authentication oAuth credentials.
If it cannot be done natively, would it be possible to use a Lambda function to perform any actions the agent is required for and then pass the data to SAP via an API call?
It seems strange that a SAP Cloud solution relies on Desktop Agents to ensure that jobs are run, even in an unattended mode.
