ADS error 7001 No memory available

I regularely see

ADS error 7001 No memory available logged. Now the help says:

Solution: If using the Advantage Database Server, lower Advantage Database Server configurable settings (via ADS.CFG .... the Advantage Configuration Utility for the Advantage Database Server for Windows, so that less memory is required or add RAM to the server.

Unfortunately it does not say what I need to configure and there is no option in that utility to do so. The server has ample RAM. So how do I solve that?

PS: Who has written this forum website? I HAVE to choose 2 tags but can not enter my own. Is this a kind of game of guessing what tags SAP has hidden?
