we have installed latest patch on ECC as well as update our GUI patch level to 8 but still unable to install adobe livecycle designer showing attached message.
Designer 8.0 is way out dated. You are not mentioning other version numbers in your question but I would recommend you make sure you are using a supported version of Designer and the corresponding GUI version.
Thank you for your reply but i also tried to check latest version this is not available on market place can you please give me link of this so i can check this also, as well as we have installed GUI patch level 8 we have ECC 6.0 EHP7 on HP-UX sybase database.
Unfortunately, I can't send you a link as I have a different way to access marketplace. What you'll see depends on your user/products purchased from SAP.
