Hello sap community!

Coming across an error in which the user1 is unable to access PCC processes in EC. However, whenever a different user does a proxy as the user1 they can access PCC processes. 

Has anyone had this issue before or have any advice?

what's the details Odata error you got ? Could be an authorization issue
