Accessibility - Focus visible & CSS

After an accessibility audit on SAP SuccessFactors, here are some non-compliances that were noted regarding Accessibility - CSS and Visible Focus that we would appreciate to see evolve.

Visible focus on fields:
Currently, the focus on certain fields is not sufficiently visible.
Recommendation: Maintain a minimum contrast of 3:1 for the focus to comply with WCAG accessibility standards.

Readability when CSS is disabled:
Some elements become unreadable if CSS is disabled.
Ensure all information remains readable even without CSS styling.

Please address these issues or advise us on recommended actions to resolve them.
