Access Control Not working for Search Forms

Dear Experts,

I have a requriement, where i need to limit the MX_PERSON entry type search results based on the following conditions

1. Managers should be able to see or search only the employees for whom they are set a manager
2. External admins should be able to see or search only the employees/users belonging to a certain user group (2 external admins would be created and each admin need to should be able to see only the users belonging to certain user groups)
3. Super Admin should be able to search all avalable employees/users in idm.

I tried setting up using access control, but its not working. The same access controls are working for regular form types but not for search form type.

If i tried to restrict based on the user & search attribute available in entry type properties, but can set only limit based on one criteria and the same will be applicable for all logged in user even the super admin.

( like list only the users whose user group is same as logged in user group. where the search attribute and user attribute i manaitained the MX_ADMINUNIT attribute, but the other criterias will fail)

Can someone please help me how i can limit the users search result list depending upon various fiter criteria.
