Hi,

Try to refresh the application and check.It is related to network issue.

Get in touch with your basis team who can help you out.

The problem was, that the server was running in a foreclosed landscape.

If you want to connect to webapplications from outside the landscape you must rewrite the URL in your browser.

We rewrote the url and it worked.

Hi Ritik,

504 error will occur only when server is not responding for your request , kindly check your connection property & Gateway property and reach out your portal admin if you face any difficulties there.
