2LIS_03_BX - wrong stock values & quantities

Hi,

I am initializing stock with 2LIS_03_BX and values are wrong for most of the plants.

Between stock initialization and loading into BW there were no postings and everything was done correct.

Any ideas why or how could the values and quantites be wrong?

And also if i test extractor 2LIS_03_BX in R/3 for one plant I get two records, but if I look in Mb52 or any other report for stock, there are no stocks in this plant. Because the plant has been empty for three years now. But 2LIS_03_BX returns 7 pieces of material for this plant.

I already done everything you said, as I said the values and quantites are wrong for most of the plants, but some plants the values are OK.

Please share the solution. I am also facing same issue, MCNB showing wrong stock values for few material/Plant.

Hi Uros,

Did you delete the setup table before initialisation?

Delete the setup table and then initialise it again in MCNB.

Do the test in initialisation, During initialisation to fill the setup table , use the selection condition and restrict with that plant alone and Fill the setup table.

Now check in RSA3 whether you get any data for that plant.

Hi,

The datasource 2LIS_03_BX is used to get the Opening stocks at a particular point in time from R/3 to BW. To get the subsequent material movements into BW you should use the datasource 2LIS_03_BF.

Are you having problem with initialising 2LIS_03_BX (getting the opening stocks) into the infocube or you are having trouble getting the delta?

Refer to the How-To guide 'How-to Handle Inventory Scenarios' available in the SAP marketplace. It gives the details of handling different inventory management scenarios to get the stocks into BW. It also tells you how to carry out the initialisation of the stocks data in BW.

Hi,

first check Start and transformation update routines every thing fine. if every thing fine delete and fill up set up table using MCNB. Run Infopackage and DTP again check the values.

If still you have problem check with your Functional guy, whether they are using this plants for development or trail purpose?
