Q2.2022 QRC and Wave 2022.07 bring new functionalities to the Performance Statistics and Analysis Story that has been deployed to your tenants automatically in late 2020.
It's stored under the same name at the same place and has the same look and feel. Nothing changed dramatically but w
e introduce a new Story Page, Backend Errors, right after the Backend Analysis Page.
Below the known page filter you see KPIs about the total errors, as well as about the user base and resources that threw errors.

This is followed by the Top 5 Users, Models and Resources that are creating errors to make help you to identify easily user and resources that need care to keep the adoption up.

The whole page filter top down, including the two tables discussed above, which is also important for the next widget.
It shows the historic trend of errors per users, but can also be used to check whether a specific user or resource had errors already all the time, or whether we have a specific point in time that can be identified as the root cause for the errors.

This is followed by a table that shows all failing resources, their Error Type (Warning and Error), the error category (Modeling, BI, Planing) and a short error text to help you identify the problem easily. The table is sorted by Errors and shows in addition the amount of users that threw these errors.

Last you can get details on the resource from the table above in the following table by selecting one entry and filtering down. You will get the full list of the users that are having issues with the specific resource, the model that creates the issue in the backend and the error text. If there are more than one issue with a resource, this is the place where you detect it.

We hope that this new feature is helpful for you. Stay tuned for news, there is a lot more to come!
