We have received over 900 pieces of feedback with our built-in SAP Data Warehouse Cloud survey, powered by our SAP Qualtrics technology. We appreciate all the feedback you provided, which will help us improve SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.
Listening is just the first step. The second is understanding your needs and problems. To achieve this, we have established a Closed Feedback Loop within our Product Management organization.
The inner loop (blue) defines SAP internal processes; the outer loop reflects engagement with you, our customers.
With powerful AI and machine learning from SAP Qualtrics, we can uncover hidden insights and streamline the anonymized customer feedback to make sure it goes to the right channel. SAP Data Warehouse Product Management and other development departments are continuously analyzing your feedback. We will consolidate any functional patterns we discover into product requirements.
In our closed feedback loop, we have two methods to understand your feedback:
We take your feedback seriously and incorporate it into our SAP Data Warehouse Cloud roadmap and ongoing development. Based on feedback, we have already released 25 features with more in development.
In the past few weeks, we also have started a beta program so you can test upcoming features for SAP Data Warehouse Cloud. The controlled rollout gives you the option to preview the feature before it's officially released.
As soon as newly released features are promoted on our SAP Help portal, we close the loop in blogs, videos, and webinars such as our quarterly "What's New" webinar. From that point onwards, you can provide feedback on the new functions.

- Our SAP Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) provides you early insights into new SAP product developments. This initiative is your opportunity to share detailed feedback and learn about new functions in an early development stage.
- We plan to offer you the opportunity to vote on future feature requests using the SAP influence Platform. Requests with the highest number of votes will be considered in the next requirements planning meeting.
